If you are experiencing a disconnection between the Tandem Mobi pump and the Tandem Mobi mobile app, follow these steps to re-establish your connection.

Please note your pump will continue to operate as programmed. Monitor your glucose while troubleshooting.

  1. Ensure your pump and smartphone are near each other.
  2. Turn off the smartphone's Bluetooth, then turn back on.
  3. Fully close the app by swiping up, then reopen.
  4. Unpair & re-pair pump by going to Settings > App > Paired Pump, then unpair and re-pair again.
